This fragrant Hemp, Nettle and Blackberry Tea is perfect for a relaxing break in your busy day. Nettle leaves are a diuretic that combats bloating and improves digestive transit, while blackberry leaf has a delicate flavour that tastes great with our Hemp Biscuits.

Preparation: Allow 1 teaspoon of the mixture per cup, add boiling water and infuse for 8 minutes. Add sugar or honey to sweeten. Store in a cool, dry place free from odours.

Ingredients: dried hemp leaf (Traces of THC possible - from Austrian controlled cultivation), nettle and dried blackberry leaf, (all ingredients from organic cultivation)
