Hemp Savoury Pancake Mix

Cooking Instructions: Mix the contents of this packet with 180ml water and leave to soak for 10mins. Add more water if needed. Stir through and prepare as desired.

Pancakes: When making pancakes use60-70ml more water. Heat the oil in a pan and spread the mix so that it forms a pancake. Fry on both sides. Serve with the topping of your choice.

Burgers: Heat a little hemp oil in a non-stick frying pan. Portion by portion, add the hemp mix with a tablespoon, forming flat burgers. Fry the burgers on medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Delicious with melted cheese on top.

Falafel Balls: Form small balls from the mix and fry in hot oil (deep fat frying) at 190 degrees centigrade until golden brown.
