Baking in the Oven: Mix the contents with 40g fresh yeast (or dried equivalent) and 300ml water. Knead thoroughly. Cover the dough mixture and let it rest for approx. 20 mins in a warm place. Knead again and form a loaf (or place in a loaf tin). Let it rest for another 25mins. Make 2 cuts on the top of the loaf and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 45mins.

Baking in a Bread Maker: Mix the contents with 40g fresh yeast (or dried equivalent) and 300ml water. Put in the bread maker and follow the instructions and recommendations of the manufacturer.
