Mix the contents of the hemp bread mix with 40g of fresh yeast (or dried equivalent) and 300ml of water. Knead thoroughly, then cover the dough and let it rest for approximately 20 minutes in a warm place. Knead again and form a loaf (or place in a loaf tin). Let it rest for another 25 minutes, make 2 cuts on the top of the loaf and bake in a preheated over at 200 degrees centigrade for 45 minutes.

Mix the contents with 40g of fresh yeast (or dried equivalent) and 300ml of water. Put in the bread maker and follow instructions and recommendations of the manufacturer.
