Frequently Asked Questions
What payment methods are available?
We offer a number of payment methods to suit our customers. The most common way of ordering any item from us is with our 'Credit/Debit Card' option (please note we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards, we also only accept Visa and Mastercard debit cards). The 'Credit/Debit Card' option is the quickest way of pushing your order through and having it processed and dispatched as soon as possible. If you do not have a Credit or Debit card, you may choose to pay via Cheque, Money/Postal Order or Direct Bank Transfer. With these alternative methods, you must ensure that you select the 'Personal Cheque/Money/Bank Transfer' option when ordering the products of your choice, and you must also keep a note of the total cost of your order including shipping as this is the amount you will need to send us.
